We want to do our part to fix that challenge and have invested in the O’Connor Insurance Scholarship for undergraduates studying Insurance and Risk Management at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
Insurance may not sound interesting to everyone, but I assure you that I love it. I have learned so much about all sorts of different businesses and services in my 40-year career. It encompasses many skills – selling, customer service, rating, underwriting, premium auditing, loss prevention, safety, and claims- helping to make people whole again after an accident. I have never stopped learning while in this field.
O’Connor Insurance sponsors a $1,500 renewable scholarship each year toward a student’s education in this field of study.
