To better serve our customers, we have transitioned to a state-of-the-art self-service certificate delivery platform provided by iCerts.com and no longer process orders in-house. Please follow the instructions below to retrieve your Evidence of Insurance (EOI) certificate order:
Property Owners: If you received a letter from your lender requesting an annual renewal certificate for an existing property not involving a new loan, please forward a copy of that letter to CS@iCerts.com for instructions to place your order. This can be a scanned copy or a picture taken using your smart phone.
Lenders/Loan Processors or any other 3rd parties: To retrieve a certificate involving a new loan of any kind, please click here to get started and follow the instructions.
If prompt support during normal business hours is required, email the iCerts Customer Support at CS@iCerts.com. Or for immediate self-service support of any kind, most questions can be answered by visiting their FAQ page.
